Mental Health Triggers In Reading...You've Been Warned...
I earned my 8 year coin for staying sober from my Cutting addiction on May 4th, 2026!!! It hasn't been an easy journey, but I am so grateful for my new CR Home @ Bethel Life Center!!! We meet Thursday's at 5:30 for dinner & then large group starts at 6:30! I would love to see you there! If you or someone you know has any hurt, hang-up or habit then we are your people and you should come check us out sometime!!! Mother's Day is hard for me. Not only do I not get to be a mother, but I will not get to be a grandma either...That hit me a while back, but I still am not sure that My body isn't protecting it from something deeper. I overdosed and had a suicide attempt that day! I was in the hospital for five days. I have been getting lots of support since then. I attend therapy and meet with my sponsor weekly. I also have a Celebrate Recovery step-study I am doing with a wonderful bunch of ladies.
